Your All Inclusive Master Marketing Event Ticket includes:

Admittance to the event October 18, 2008, a luxurious room at the Hyatt Regency Resort for Saturday Oct 18, 2008, admittance to all the speakers, plus lunch, and two coffee breaks during the event.

  • Regular Price of $695 USD for an All Inclusive Ticket (does not include airfare).
  • Regular Spouse/Partner Ticket: $195 USD.
  • Extra Hotel Nights: $195 USD per night (Friday and/or Saturday).
  • Day Ticket (no hotel included): $495 USD.

Terms: Your All Inclusive Ticket price INCLUDES a room for Saturday night. Rooms are limited and we fully expect to sell out this event long before October. In order to make this event as accessible as possible for as many people as possible, the price for a ticket is $495 (all inclusive) for every member who purchases their ticket within their first 30 days of joining CarbonCopyPRO. After that time the price rises to $695 (all inclusive).

What time will the event start and end on Saturday, October 18th?

The CarbonCopyPRO training event will start at approximately 8:30am and run until approximately 5pm that afternoon.

Early Registration will be available starting on Friday, October 17th from 5pm-7pm. Registration will then open again at 7am Saturday morning and run until noon.

What does my All Inclusinve ticket price include?

The price of your CarbonCopyPRO ticket will include the conference, one night at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, a morning coffee break, afternoon coffee break and a beautiful luncheon.

Can I use the one night included in the ticket on Friday night instead of Saturday night?

Absolutely. The ticket includes one night – you will have the option to specify.

Can I bring my children to the event?

Your children and family are welcome to join you in the hotel. The rooms are based on double occupancy, however, if you want to include your children, the hotel will charge a small fee for the extra people in your room.

We ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the conference itself (newborns of course are exceptions.) The hotel can arrange for a babysitting service for you. Please contact the hotel directly to make those arrangements.

Can you make special room requests?

You can always make a request to have something special for your room reservations (ie one king bed, two double beds etc.) These are, however, requests and the hotel will accomodate as many of our requests as possible.

What is the dress code?

Officially the dress code is business casual, but it is really whatever you feel comfortable in for 8 hours of learning. We have seen everything from full suits to jeans and a dress shirt. Use your best judgement.

How far is the Hyatt Regency from the airport? How do I get there?

The Hyatt Regency is 23 miles from Dallas Fort Worth Airport. There is no shuttle provided by either the hotel or CCP but there are several transportation options. You can take a cab or rent a limo right outside the baggage claim area at the airport. The cab fare is approximately $40-45. Or you could use one of the follow methods as well:

  • DFW AIRPORT SUPER SHUTTLE: $17 per person one way. Operates 24 hours a day. Regularly scheduled departures to DFW Airport every half hour from 5:20 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. After 6:20 p.m., call 800.BLUE.VAN to schedule pick-up.
  • TRE SERVICE: Transportation to and from DFW International Airport to Union Station available via Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Cost is $2.50 for a day pass. For more information, visit www.trinityrailwayexpress.org.

What should I bring to the conference?

All you need to bring to the conference is yourself and an open mind. We will provide you will a notebook and pen for taking notes. You are welcome to bring a laptop as well, but it is not necessary. We do ask that you refrain from brining any recording devices (audio/video).

When can I check in at the hotel?

Hotel check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12 noon. They will allow early check in based on availability only.
